TWIN DECK TUCK BOXES
Another standard packing format for card games and playing cards is to pack them into twin deck tuck boxes Many card games and playing card decks come in twin deck packing format. Here you can take two full decks of 110 cards or more like the FROOP card game and place them into a twin deck tuck box, or you can take a single card deck of 55 or more cards and place them into a twin deck tuck box like ANATHEMA or CHEZ GEEK. If a single deck of cards is taken into a twin deck tuck box, then our online packing format will split the 55 cards deck into two stacks and cello wrap the same before packing. Instruction sheets can either be printed on A-4 size sheets or on additional cards itself. For example, FROOP has instructions printed in almost 10 different languages and all instructions are printed on the cards itself. The instruction cards have been collated along with the card game at the bottom of the stack. ANATHEMA card game has an instruction booklet of 30 pages and the instructions have been printed in English as well as German language. This booklet goes to the assembly line with the cards are packed online into the tuck boxes. As the number of cards in ANATHEMA card game were 55, thus the tuck box was lees in height than FROOP. A standard tuck box was not taken for this card game though the number of cards were 55. The twin deck tuck box was instead used to increase the perceived value of the product. CHEZ GEEK-1 is an example of a twin deck tuck box that has 110 cards inside. The width of the box is double than that of CHEZ GEEK-2 twin deck tuck box as that holds only 55 cards per tuck. CHEZ GEEK-2 is again an example of a card game that has 55 cards. The cards were Bridge is size where as the cards for ANATHEMA were Poker in size. CHEZ GEEK has instructions printed on a big size instruction sheet. All such tuck boxes are printed on 14 PT C1S German board stocks and further laminated or gloss coated for extra strength. Twin deck tuck boxes for playing cards or card games can be printed in 4 colors at no additional charge. All twin deck tuck boxes are cello wrapped from out side and the cards inside the tuck box are also cello wrapped.

HANG TAB BOX
ZAR is an example of a very popular box packaging format. Hang tab packaging is taken where the tuck boxes can be easily displayed on the shelves. Easy access of the game on the display counter will also increase sales. Here we have packed a custom deck of 60 playing cards inside the hang tab tuck box. An instruction sheet has also been placed into the tuck box. We have the option to either glue the hang tab with the box top flap or make the hang tab in such a way that the extra flap goes inside the top flap.
